TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION “GOLD TOOLS my brand”

(1) These regulations, hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”, determine the conditions under which “I WORK WITH AJKA” contest, hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”, is conducted.

2 The organizer of the Competition and the founder of the prizes is F.P.H. AJKA BIS ANDRZEJ ANDRYKA, 32-447 Siepraw, Słowiańska 29 , NIP: 6811745524

3. the Contest is organized from 05.09.2022 to 16.09.2022. anyone who is of legal age, accepts the terms and conditions of the regulations and wants to demonstrate their creativity can enter the Contest.

(4) In order to participate in the Contest, the Participant should, in the period until 16.09.2022 until 23.59 hours, publish in a comment under the Contest post a photo of his/her authorship with the use of GOLD TOOLS brand product of Ajka, showing its use, for example, during renovation work.

5 The prize will be awarded to three Participants. The winners will be selected by the jury, which will suggest the creativity of the submitted entries when making its selection. The jury will also award three honorable mentions, which entitle them to one-time purchases at https://ajka.net.pl/pl/sklep/z with a 10% discount. The discount is valid until the end of October 2022.

6. Participants entering the Contest should publish their answers in a comment under the contest post on the profile https://www.facebook.com/ajkabis no later than 16.09.2022 at 23:59 .

These amounts cannot be exceeded. If the value of the kit is less than the amount to which it is entitled, the organizer will not pay the difference in cash, and the amount will be forfeited.

The condition of transfer of the prize to the Winner, will be contacted by the Winner within no more than 7 days (from the date of 20.09.2022) via messenger on the profile https://www.facebook.com/ajkabis and provide your list of selected products and data necessary for shipment, and send the awarded photo to the email address beata.staniszewska@ajka.net.pl

(9) Participants of the Contest are not entitled to reserve any special features of the prize obtained, nor to receive its cash equivalent. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality and usefulness of the prize given to the winner of the Contest, including liability under warranty or guarantee.

(10) The prize unclaimed by the Participant shall be redeemed by the Organizer, and the Participant shall lose his/her claim to the prize, unless the prize is not released to him/her for reasons attributable to the Organizer.

(11) Submission of works to the contest is tantamount to the transfer of copyrights to them to the Organizer, as well as consent to the publication of these works by the Organizer. By participating in the contest, the Participant agrees to comply with the above.

(12) Joining the Competition is tantamount to a statement that the Participant is familiar with the content of these Regulations and accepts their content.

(13) The Participants’ personal data will be used to select the winners of the Contest and award the gift. The Participant’s application to the Contest is tantamount to a statement that he/she agrees to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

(14) The contest is not a gambling game within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling games (Journal of Laws 2009, No. 201, item 1540, as amended) and is not subject to the rigors of the aforementioned Act. The Organizer is the pledgee of the prize within the meaning of Article 919 of the Civil Code.

(15) In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code will apply.

(16) Persons employed by the Organizer on the basis of an employment contract or performing any services for the Organizer on the basis of any civil law relationship, as well as members of the immediate family of the aforementioned persons, are excluded from participation in the Contest. The members of the immediate family referred to in the preceding sentence shall be understood as: ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents and siblings of spouses, persons in an adoption relationship, as well as those under guardianship or curatorship.
